Terms of Service

This agreement is a legal contract between you and ONsu, referred to as the Service Provider, governing the download, installation, and use of the mobile accelerator application, referred to as the App.

By downloading or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this agreement. You may not copy, modify, localize, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the App or related trademarks without authorization. All intellectual property rights in the App remain with the Service Provider. We may adjust functions or service fees when operational needs require it, and we will communicate material changes through appropriate channels. You are responsible for device security and account confidentiality, and we do not recommend jailbreaking or rooting devices that could weaken platform security.

The Service may integrate necessary third-party services such as Google Analytics or Firebase Crashlytics. When you use those related features, you are also subject to the applicable terms and privacy rules of those providers.

The App depends on a stable network connection, whether Wi-Fi or mobile data. If the service becomes unavailable because of unpaid mobile service, data limits, or poor signal quality, the Service Provider is not responsible for that interruption. When you use the App outside Wi-Fi, your carrier may charge data fees, and roaming charges outside your home country remain your responsibility.

Users remain responsible for their own use of the service. For example, failures caused by battery depletion, unsupported system changes, or missing updates do not create a compensation obligation on our side. While we aim to keep routing and service information accurate, some information may come from third-party partners, and to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for direct or indirect losses that result. We may update, suspend, or terminate all or part of the App without prior notice when necessary.

This agreement may be updated from time to time, and changes take effect on the date of publication. The effective date of the current version is October 4, 2025. If you have questions about ONsu service terms, contact [email protected] for help.
